Our guesthouse features three beautifully designed apartments, accommodating up to 25 guests. Blending modern elegance with historic charm, we’ve carefully curated every detail to create a truly personal and welcoming experience.
As a small family-run retreat, we design and craft everything ourselves—from the lighting and furniture to the garden—infusing each space with warmth and character. All our rooms offer breathtaking Tuscan views, comfortable beds, and spotless, well-appointed bathrooms. A private parking is available on the property for your convenience.
To start your day, we provide a delightful picnic breakfast basket filled with fresh, locally sourced, and healthy ingredients—always included in your stay.

Our Story
Borgo di Capannole began as a dream—a vision for a better future pursued by a young, creative couple in their 30s, Rudolf Roslmair and Vitorina Melandrin. Rudolf, a professional architect, and Vitorina, a writer and rising artist, achieved their dream by restoring this 13th-century farmhouse, which is now a registered historical building.Forty years later, that dream continues to flourish. Today, Stefan's family has grown, with children's laughter echoing through the house. Our mission at Borgo di Capannole is to cultivate skills that nurture deep connections with both nature and community.
